When opening .doc files that has a table that spans multiple pages, only the first page of the table is displayed.

This bug appears to be caused by the fix for bug 3405.

The bug was originally reported in the following NeoOffice Early Access Program Support forum:

FYI. I think that I have fixed this bug and I have included the fix in the following test patch:
