When selecting a checkbox that has 3 options, checked, unchecked or "dash", the dash option is not displayed. Instead unchecked is displayed twice.

An example of a check box that has 3 options can be found in Writer by selecting the Format :: Character menu and in the dialog that appears, click on the Font Effects tab. In the Font Effects tab,the Hidden checkbox has 3 options.
