I had an old document written in NeoOffice 2.0 that contains a GIF as a logo. NeoOffice 2.0 printed it with no problems at all, but upgrading to NeoOffice 2.2.1 the documents prints without the graphic (exporting in PDF gives same result). I tried creating a new document from scratch (just in case), and the issue is the same: the GIF does not print; converting the logo in JPG resolved the issue, but I cannot do this workaround for all my old documents (they are a lot!). The GIF is a normal picture, with no transparency set. 2.2.1 patch 1 didn't solve the problem. The issue was verified on PowerPC and Intel Macs, OS X 10.4.10

The problem seems not related with a specific printer: it was present with inkjets (Epson C64, Epson R200) and laser printers (HP); it also appens with simple pdf exporting. The graphic is normally visible in the open document.

The problem is not present in NeoOffice 2.1. I'll post a sample document.

I'm posting the sample document. It will print correctly with NeoOffice 2.1. It will not print the graphic (GIF) in 2.2.1 (also with patch 1). You don't need to print to paper, as the problem is visible also in print preview.

I think that I have fixed this bug. Can you try the following test patch and see if the bug is fixed for you?: PowerPC: http://jane.neooffice.org/test/NeoOffice-2.2.1-Patch-1-Test-2-PowerPC.dmg Intel: http://jane.neooffice.org/test/NeoOffice-2.2.1-Patch-1-Test-2-Intel.dmg

I can confirm that the bug was fixed (at least on intel, I cannot test on PPC) with the patch you posted. Thanks for your fast resolution.

Thanks for confirming that it works. FYI, I am changing back the status to "assigned" as we usually don't change it until I put out an official patch.

I have included the fix in NeoOffice 2.2.2. You can upgrade to NeoOffice 2.2.2 by downloading the latest patch from the following URL: http://www.neooffice.org/neojava/patch.php
