| When the application starts up and displays a text editing window, it seems to be in print layout mode. However, View/Print Layout is not checked. I can switch into Web layout mode using the View/Web Layout menu item. At this point the View/Web Layout menu item is checked. However, I cannot switch back into Print Layout by using View/Print Layout. As near as I can tell that menu item does nothing. I can switch back into Print Layout by using View/Web Layout a second time. |

| According to the Help, that item is only supposed to be enabled when viewing an HTML document. It doesn't seem to work correctly in Writer/Web, either. However, OOo/X11 also behaves the same way. Unfortunately, the current scope of the NeoOffice project is limited by resources to keeping a native version of OpenOffice.org running on Mac OS X, and fixing OpenOffice.org feature bugs is outside that scope. See this thread on trinity for more details: http://trinity.neooffice.org/modules.php?name=Forums&file=viewtopic&t=1481 You can report the bug in the OpenOffice.org issue tracker to get it on the radar of the core OpenOffice.org developers: http://qa.openoffice.org/issue_handling/pre_submission.html |
